Table knife Halle aux grains

For the Halle aux Grains, the designers A+B conceived a knife as an ode to simplicity.
They sought to avoid any expression of technical sophistication while simultaneously grappling with the inherent complexity of simplicity. It's not about "minimalist" design, but rather a simple harmony within its very conception. A single piece of nickel silver, an alloy of copper and zinc, is conspicuously folded to form a handle that extends the blade. The designers champion a design rooted in peasantry and working-class principles: efficient, robust, and sharp, without compromising the elegance of this slender, monochrome piece.
