"Pastry and Garden" Immersion

Program :

• 8:30 a.m.: Welcome coffee in the panoramic lounge
• 9am: "Chocolate fondant" workshop led by pastry chef Benjamin Seignat
• 10:30 a.m.: Immersion in the heart of Michel Bras' secret garden in his company or that of James, the gardener.
  12:30 p.m.: Meal at the Bras restaurant (menu "Le Goût du Jardin" drinks included) and of your creation with all the participants in the immersion.
