"Aubrac Tea" herbal tea

Harvested by hand on the Aubrac plateau, this aromatic plant with its light menthol scent evokes our undergrowth. It is known for its digestive, calming, and antioxidant properties.

Aubrac tea only in leaves, without stem (the stem can represent up to 30% of the weight and has no taste interest).

Instructions for use: Infuse for at least 5 minutes in simmering water or overnight in cold water for iced tea. Recommended dosage: 1 to 2 grams per liter.
