For easy boning

An ideal thickness which combines sufficient flexibility to enable the blade to slide along the bone. It also makes difficult tasks, such as removing nerves or  filleting fish much easier. The blade, made of three layers of steel and coated with titanium, cuts through even the toughest of ingredients. Its magnetised protective sheath, made from maple, enables the blade to slide in without risk.

 

Length of the blade: 120 mm, total length: 240 mm, thickness of the blade:  2.5 mm, handle in dark wood injected with resin, making it particularly resistant to water and humidity. Weight (without the sheath): 160-170g. Each knife is engraved with its unique serial number and comes in a gift box with a user guide.
